★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property was suggested by my brother who is already having a flat in the Saya’s another project in Ghaziabad – Saya S Class. Since he is already experiencing the best in that society, I was pretty sure that this project is also going to rock. As a resident, I only want 24/7 water, electricity, safety, green areas, parking, gyms, sports, and recreational areas, and so on. Additionally, I also wanted to have some good schools and medical facilities nearby. This property fulfills all my needs in the best manner possible. Saya Gold Avenue is nothing but architectural excellence. Full marks from my side for the designs and architectural work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the positive reviews are fake here. Construction quality is substandard. There are frequent seepage issue. Finishing quality is very poor. Door handles started coming out after 4 month of usage. Common area is not adequate for 1600 flats. Currently only around 200 families have shifted here and there are daily quarrels over usgae of common area and gaming area. You can imagine what will happen when all 1600 families shift here. Other mazor issue is builder charging 22000+18% GST for common hall for 6 hours of usgae. For full day it will 44000+18%GST for just a hall no chair nothing. For something build by owners money Saya is charging this much. Its just a tip of iceberg if you are planning to buy a flat here just meet any resident here before making a decision.
Maintenance charges are too high 2.75+18% GST for common area vs 1600 flats.
Posession department is worst they will make you beg for your own flat for which you paid huge amount. They dont have material/momey to finish of the remaining work in flats.
Maintenance is pathetic. When you plan a visit meet few residents who ae living here already before making a decision and ask about all hidden charges and maintenance charges.

I researched everything including the nearby attractions, amenities provided by the builder, connectivity, etc. This society has the Shipra Mall nearby. Besides, it has several schools and hospitals in its proximity. I have some interior-related work pending. Once it is done, I will shift here with my family. I am very excited and my little one is even more excited to move to her new home.

I am saying this because it is situated in the heart of Indirapuram and its surroundings are also fully developed. If I talk about the amenities that Saya Group provides, they are endless. I mean you will get a huge green area long with premium clubhouses, semi-Olympic size swimming pools, sports, and recreational areas, and so on. In simple terms, you will be provided with everything that is needed to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious living.
