★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't had option to give 0, so had to give 1. If a person goes there for interview, they don't reveal the package so that person can decide whether he should go further or not. They take 2 rounds of interview and then ask them to give final round interview after leaving current company. When you do so, these guys take final interview and offer you the salary which is not even 50% of what you were getting and then show their true colours by taking out faults in you and then say that our salary structure is this only. For them 12 years tenure or freshers both are same.Why don't you guys tell this on the first day itself? You screw somebody's life for your selfishness.
