★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no fresh vegetables received sirf likha h is service se toh acha market se mil jata 10 times better quality same price point pe very disappointing not expected minimum rating is 1 otherwise 0 rating i would say in negative no customer satisfaction i thought apke a grade vegetables likhe h toh aur rating b achi dikha rha toh i thought might be good and i ordered close to 400 rs instead of 200 but i got cheated is br toh mistake ho gai next tym no chance very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean highly unprofessional behaviour from owner giving you warnings not to order from our app, as request was just to deliver it on my availability time although order was supposed to sent yesterday but I still accepted it. Now when I requested next day to deliver in evening see the behaviour of owner.
Last time they delivered coconut without water, they might have bought from some where near street n delivered. Surprisingly those were uncut not peeled even an inch, when I somehow opened it there was no water even. Height is when I complains about it they blamed customer only n didn’t even refunded 1000 inr what a shame. Still this time I gave a second chance on their request b again highly disappointed.

We have same day delivery service as well which is super fast and app is very smooth to operate.

Sometimes some items we raise issue and it get 100℅ replaced the very next day. Customer support is very promt in giving resolutions. I recommend this app to every one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t belong to this city , hail from mumbai where things are easily available due to the lockdown I had no access to the markets , so I am grateful to the friend who recommended SB FRESH I was so happy to find out that they sourced out so many exotic vegetables ( it is a little expensive …. But still worth it ) and they provide coconuts that’s are peeled I was super thrilled as coconut is a staple in our diet . What’s more is they provide same day delivery and if we are not happy with a product they work on improving their stock . If I need something I can message them directly and they will try their best to source it . Very courteous delivery people and the people behind the scenes are also very professional payment technical issues were present but they keep working on improving their app . And as I mentioned you can always reach out to the owner and he is happy to help you with your order related concerns .
