★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbarro Is American pizza franchise if you guys don't know about it. So this Mumbai visit took me to Pheonix mall and I had full chicken loaded pizza , but it dint go well as per my expectations. With this we got complimentary cheese pizza but it wasn't that cheesy as it must be, so that disappointed me.
My friends wanted to try the cheese garlic bread yeah it was looking nice but cause of me we went for this menu and got disappointed .
Pizza was nice and tasty but as they explain it in menus the cheese and chicken is very less. The crust is thin the pizza is good you can have it but it's over priced.
I hope they learn something from dominos and pizza hut from India and learn to make cheesy Pizza . Sorry for the negative review but it will help you guys to improve .

Ordered BBQ (Barbeque) Paneer Pizza and Butter Chicken Pizza both were 12" Pizzas Costing Rs.500 each paneer pizza tasted sweet and was dark brown in color , with no veggies at all while in menu it was mentioned the veggies contained. Also Butter chicken pizza had tiny chicken pieces and less veggies. Worst experience of having such pizza in my life. I strongly recommend not to visit this food outlet and waste your money. A big zero to Sbarro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered butter chicken roll as its looks good but I were amazed there were no any single piece of chicken at any angle it taste like when you actully ate.
It's cold and you feel like you are eating only veg things instead of chicken. Totally waste of money I Couldn't even able to finish the half. Never visiting again & Very bad staff and service . All the staff are having fun with each other, no one is paying attention to the customer. The manager has a lot of arrogance. Don’t visit next time ?

Pizza: Not very tasty
Worth: It doesnt worth the money
Instead you can try Dominoz pizza available at the same floor
Base: Is somewhat okay
Variety: I tried 2 pizzas it was only the difference of apperance rest the taste was same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never seen such a worst pizza. Pizza was thin in middle, unable to eat piece of pizza because middle part of pizza was suiciding. Tomato slice was bigger, not chopped well. So much of flour at down side of pizza. No professional chef is there. a girl made my pizza whose name is poonam she is very arrogant and very quarrelsome she called me very bad Manager & Staff. Very poor type of staff and managers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is situated in the food court of Kurla Pheonix markst city. There is good place to sit. The pizzas are cheap and start from around 69 for veg pizzas. The taste of the pizza is OK and not that great. The place can be skipped but for the price can be a ok deal. We ordered the peri peri wedges with it, but it was again Ok. With peri peri powder being very low. 8 inch pizza and potato wedges cost us ₹331.
