Still better banking available as compare to some branches...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ATM is well equipped with passbook printing machine and cash deposit machine. But, the bank is always crowded and one can never expect fast service here. Lot of time is wasted in every visit. Except 1or 2, the staff is not at all cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very uncooperative staff and inefficient service.Long queues for every little task. Passbook printing is a dreadful job. There is only one passbook printing machine for such a huge customer base .The kiosk takes too long to respond. Printing is not dark enough. After a long wait when your turn comes, passbook verification fails which is very frustrating. The officials do not provide any solution. They ask you to come the next day for changing the barcode. This cycle goes on. The staff never guide you properly. They will ask you to go to a certain table. After waiting for a long time in the queue one is shocked and frustrated when the clerk asks you to go to some other table.
