★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banks opens b/w. 10 to 4. Staff start their job almost 11. You will be not entertain between 1 pm to 2 pm as its their lunch hours. For one simple work you have to spend full day. So bring your lunch box when ever you visit this bank, and just forget about any other work. There is maximum chances that they will call you some other day due to their machine failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth a single star i gave it because the review is not gonna post if i don't do that. The customer keeps on going like he or she has a entire day to waste. No proper info provided by even a single employee. If anyone has no work at all kindly come and utilize your day here. No hospitality. No way of treating customer. You ypurself have to consider it that they will treat you like nothing else but trash. For kyc form submission it takes 30 to 45 minutes just to submit the form. The rest procedures will be after that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is great but this branch specifically is always overcrowded, plus the manager is always on leave. Can't get important work done quickly. Staff also is impolite and mannerless. There's an ATM beside the bank too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the slowest bank ever..Everytime since 2 years i go there for my passbook and didn't get a positive response ..during pandemic the watchman does not allow you to go and ask , he directly ask you to stand in queue and when my number used to come he ask the reason for going in the bank and then says passbook entry machine is not working , passbook is not available ...every time it's the same thing they say ..pathetic service provided by Kalyan east branch..once you entered the bank you have to are not able to complete your work before 2-3 hrs as all the processess are slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI (State Bank of India) the bank is great and it's offers is also awesome. But their employees work is overall not good. They just roamed you almost each and every counters. Besides bank there is ATM machine and cash deposit machine also but the machine is also not working.
