No reply after geniun fallow up & personal visit to branch regarding golden jublie certificate withdraw amount also i am very much surprice to know i.e their is not a single phone number alive to contact .

U need atleast 1 hr here. Lot of confused work distribution. Maximum staff behaves like trained but few are there untrained. You may be misguided by them.
One staff advised me that on temporary closure of s/b ac. contact to the branch where you want to start it again and not the home branch. Which I found totally wrong. The staff from other branch they are not accepting my all a/c detail's saying u should contact the home branch. So confusing experience.
It's very hard to act on immediately bcoz of busy work, no holidays. And on holidays banks are also closed. Now there is danger of my a/c would be blocked or closed permanently. Will lost my money.
