★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no cheque drop box facility. after the closure of the branch, which causes a lot of inconvenience to the customers and they have to drop their cheques in the cheque drop box of its Ambernath EAST branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooperative Staff! At least they don't tell lies that their Printer isnt working, so, can't issue DEMAND DRAFT(DD). Yes, it has become the habit of Bank's employees, they abruptly disregard your respect of issuing DD as this happened with me when i went to AMBERNATH(EAST) branch. But thanks to Wets Branch of SBI at least they agreed to issue DD but i had to collect next day. Bankers must understand the problems of common people. Sometimes, we have to submit some application forms with DD urgently, in such case their denial of issuing DD pushes us in Difficulties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There Are Some Much Difference Between SBI East And West Branch Of Ambernath In East Branch They Answer All Of Our Question And Resolve The Problem Very Kindly But In West Branch They Even Talk Like Educated People No professionalism while They Communicate With Us Bad Service Bad Behavior Especially Lady Staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doesn't even look like a bank. There is a girl always working with her headphones on. The staffs sound uneducated. I did online account opening and for KYC when I visited branch I decided not to open the account here. Haven't seen a bank like this in my entire life. Even rural bank's operation is better than this SBI branch.
