★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ordinary SBI bank, pretty rudimentary processes, Everytime I have to go here I ensure to keep next 2 HRS free, like last time I had to update KYC it took me 1 HR.
But having said this it is important to understand that Processes are like this because SBI deals with great gamet of customers from an educated person to someone who has to ask someone to fill there cheques and only sign. The Problem is that Processes are designed for the one who is at the mercy of others to fill there cheque and is being followed for everyone.
