★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, typical government office. For a task which private bank does on a mail, I had to come 4 times to branch... That too in covid times.
The official asked me to come at 3 and when I came, he said branch is closed. Come on Monday now. And since then he is on leave.
Asked Dy BM to provide noc letter to which he behaved as if I asked for his daughter's hand.
Giving me all the gyan that why dint I collected it the same day and stuff. We are not doing this kind of work in covid. If they were not closing loan accounts then why the concerned officer did not inform me in the first trip when I came to enquire specifically same thing.
Now I am waiting outside branch while writing this review hoping today will be my last trip for such menial task.
Also... Never ever get your Loan transferred to SBI.
