★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank starting it's work from 10:30 am onwards but it shows it's open at 10 am so it's misleading so reach at 10:30 am otherwise staff is cooperative...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insolent staff, with no etiquette how to treat a customer.. no lineancy provided even in the emergency cases.. these front line employees are the face of this IMMENSE ORGANISATION and they are not building up the reputation .. they are spoiling and ruining the bank culture. Employees in the bank excluding some of them are cranky and works with slow pace .. they just can't match up the pace of this generation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. They call themselves senior staff especially the demand draft department people. They make a mistake and when its worth denying to accept the draft, they ask to pay the cancellation fee in order to issue the new one. Also they don't follow the punctuation or dots and say that their system doesn't allow the special characters. While other branches of sbi are able to type as per request by customers, they do it but after a lots and lots of request. In short "NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STAFF".

Staff is so much co operative and very much polite to everyone specialy to senior citizens.
Sometimes people fade up of the strict procedure due to security reasons
And than scolding on bank staff
Thay don't have their own rules
They have to follow
Bcz it is good for us only
Doing extra ordinary work.

And yes this is banking work
Need to do very carefully they doing for us.
Otherwise people are waiting much at panipuri stall than this without any complaint so spare time and visit.?
