★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed and sad that SBI Card spams me occasionally. I notified the sender about the mistake many many many times. I asked to remove my email, explained that I never applied for any cards and even do not live in India. I was sure that if I ask a few times, the problem will be solved. SBI Card proved me wrong. I guess this is an indication of unprofessioanl and incompetent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been unjustly slapped with annual charges that I have for last two years been able to get reversed. This time round for past one day SBI is not just contactible neither through calls nor through emails. Its draconian to inflict charges that can't be defended as there is no platform to raise concerns.
I might have to complain further up the chain.

Service request no-1136446722941 at nodal officer level.i cannot understand that they given reply and still they are charging on my credit card ending with 29. Don't take sbi cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly what you would expect. bad service, server down, long lines. rude staff.
Server down hota hai to Manoj Barik ji office me nahi milte. when I asked where he is- I was told by the guards that he has went to Gurgaon. As if he is some software engineer who would fix the issue. lol.
The guards refused to make an entry in the register because then it would become a proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI credit card charged late payment charges of Rs.750+GST amount approx 997.80 this is my upgrade card by you from SBI BPCL to SBI OCTANE
Last Credit card due date is every month 22 or 23 , but when i make payment then on 22 Feb there are no amount outstanding in this card
then after i talk to customer care officer on 22 Feb. they told me your credit card statement to be generate new card. and your payment date is 02 march every month as per new card
Finally i made payment of Rs.2250/- as per outstanding amount on 1st March and amount credit in account on 02 March
but nos of time i tried to customer care executive to reversed the amount the they said we cant reversed the amount this is our internal policy
finally i surrender the card
and i will give ZERO rating to this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic services, don't buy any card from SBI, without activation of CC they put charges. Poor services by customer care team as they never answer the call and same goes with email id.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED DONT USE EVER A CREDIT CARD FROM SBI, highly disappointing services, fake commitments.
