We went open bank account. Bank staff suggested to open account with SBI YONO. Few suggestion
1. You working toward digitalizing customer experience but not address basic customer problem. Dear Manager , come in place of layman try to understand common problem.
2. You need go cloud server infra structure as most of time your app don't works for customer onboarding experience.
3. Even after luck we are able submit application through SBI yono later backend system was not reflecting customer photo so not able to open account.
For information we visited 4 times to open account in branch but unable to open bank account.
Anyway I think bank already have good wealthy customers with them why they will open account for poor people like us.
