★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience after the merger of banks. The officers do not talk with customers politely. Some of them become very arrogent. There is problem in cheque clearing also. Cheques are not cleared in time. Every time they talk about scarcity of man power. But they have ample man power.
The minimum balance of current account was increased from Rs 5000/- to 10,000/- without intimation to a/c holders. Due to this abrupt decision, bank extracted crores of rupees from current a/c holders. SBI never send SMS regarding what they will /are charge(ing) in e-transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not eligible even for a single star! Merging other state banks in SBI was the worst decision ever as SBI is not capable of providing service to its {valued} customers! There's only one 'Passbook entry machine' in this bank while the number of customers is over a lakh & only 4 counters kept open for transactions. Customers are forced to wait in open for their turn, elderly people are the most troubled one. Overall, its the "3rd class bank of India".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most crowded bank. The employes here try to solve the queries. The bank is now using the drop box facilities for cheques, kyc,etc in the wake of covid-19. Although some services are available through direct contact but one is encouraged to come only on urgent need.
