★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branches of SBI. Employees are more rude, kaamchor, careless and unprofessional in this particular branch. Kaamchors make their own rules on the fly to avoid working and keep customers running from one window to another. In other words, they lie. If caught, they don't admit it. Single window is not single window in this branch.
My suggestion to SBI administration is to transfer these kaamchors to other branches where they will learn how to work professionally.
My suggestion to BHU administration is to allow few private banks to open their branches in the main campus. This will end the monopoly of SBI in BHU. BHU staff will be happier with their banking experience and it will reflect in their services to the BHU.
