★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The same usual problem with any branch of state bank of India. No regard for the customers, work is extremely slow. If you know someone on your the inside it would help. Absolutely cramped outside the bank. No parking, in fact the road outside is frequently jammed. No public facilities of any kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost most of the SBI Branches are very old and have a volumnous number of Customers. Among them some are illiterate and some are intelligent, some more customers are highly educated and are well versed about on-line/Net Banking working.
The customers who are well versed have no problem. However, those customers who are completely dependent upon the service of the SBI staffs are a great sufferer and are not atall satisfied with the SBI staffs Behaviour or their services.
It is really somehow very bitter experience with these staffs. The staffs are not cooperative, they will also not solve your problems. Even though the staff will not reply your questions. They show as they are not listening you. It is really unfortunate to us that we are continuing with them as a older customers.we should itself take decision about being attached with them or we prefer to be a new customer of other reputed Nationalised Bank. Take a smart decision. You will be relaxed and in comfortable zone. Also don't fall in their SBI Life Insurance, SBI Credit card, SBI Mutual Fund etc Net, you will depreciate your hard earned money without having proper know how about their schemes.
