I am not happy with service and staff because before 8 month I gave application for my name and contact changed but Still I haven’t got any reply from this branch and very rude customer service . Currently I am in Australia so how can I change my name and contact I don’t know..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If time is important for you, I suggest not to go for this bank. If you have any admin related work it never being done in the first turn. Staff never embarrasses to say "Come later, we can not do it this time as our server is down". Just like we do not have any other work and we are free to come later. Who knows that their server is really down or this is the good excuse for not doing anything.
