★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother's money was collected in deposit machine but there was no receipt or balance updated. Next day the employee said there was a issue and they will check the difference amount if any. They denied any difference and started checking the CCTV Footage. Eventually they said they can spot 7 bank notes being put in the machine while my brother from the very firat day he deposited 8 notes when he did not know such stupid thing could have happened. It been a month now yet the staff is unable to verify the transaction. I am glad I do not have any account in this bank.
