★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to SBI Life office in Sangvi, looking at the website address. Apparently there is no such office even though it is mentioned on Google Maps and SBI Life Insurance website. I lost around 45 minutes roaming around Sangvi area looking for that office building. But it doesn't exist which I realised after taking to their customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very third class lady staff in SBI Life Akurdi branch ..non supportive and talk with us through assistant ...hopesless and mannersless lady on customer desk . no knowledge at all ....if you don't want to provide info n proper guide to customers ..why are you sitting their ..better you go to home....non professional.....
