★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they have to sell policies,get customers ,they send their People to our house & when we need them , for an example to change Nominee , they want us to search their offices, go & meet them with documents in originals & then they don't have a simple process to handle a customer. Literally, this is why SBI employees are famous for their Working Culture. I thought SBI Life will be different from General Banking staffs but I was wrong.
Bad decision.
