Had to stand in a queue for 2 hours along with senior citizens who should not be standing in queue for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't handle Cheques properly and this is not first time.
On 10/12/2021 i deposit chq in drop box. Since no activity on my a/c and no feedback i visit bank on 18/12/2021. They tell me to come back on Monday, give no reason/ explanation, same day evening i get SMS that cheque dishonored. Today Monday 20/12/2021 i visit bank, they keep me waiting. After, some time they ask for details. They provide me with a backdated memo with reason "connectivity failure", in the end they mention " The amount has been debited to your account" what does that mean?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Implementation of Video KYC service.
My video KYC has been on hold for a week now. It takes 20 minutes of waiting to soeak to an executive and when I was on call the app malfunctioned. I'm sure it'll take one month if I stick to SBI. Poor implementation of the online video KYC is a sad state of affairs in SBI. I probably would've been done with creating my savings bank account if the process was offline!
I've read the frustrating comments of bank account holder and I thank the non-existent God that I don't have an account with SBI.

Once they take u in, that's it, they will never followup Or do any audit reporting. Even the loan manager is a lazy creature.
I get it, we all are busy, but these folks are irresponsible and taken things for granted. I would love to never ever do business with these guys again.
SBI branch manager take heed of ur totaly lazy employees.

Every time they will make customer run to their branch stand in big ques, even when covid going on.
They couldn't clear my simple cheque deposited on 28/12/2021. Till today (as usual) on 5/01/2022 i visited branch to check the status as cheque was not cleared. They say that the date on the cheque is overwritten. Whatever the reason is, i asked them that why they didn't inform me, as my details were mentioned behind the cheque. The bank replies that they are in shortage of staff. What a nonsense excuse. On the other hand, they had already cleared the amount from the issuing party, now being reversed.
