★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apr 2021: Smart office and helpfull staff unlike some other MF offices which has imposed self styled Covid restrictions harassing investors. Carry on SBIMF, good job, fast turnaround. Recommend a bigger table arrangement for investors to carry out paper jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained staff! They will tell you something and at the time of submission they will demand other documents. One staff will say something other will go against it. Very poor experience in updating change in signature, first they said the signature must be verified by the bank for the updation along with self attested copy of pan. When I went again with the documents they said bank statement is needed self attested. The another day I went with the documents... They were now asking that the bank statement must be verified by the bank! Very poor service I must say. The madam at the reception doesn't know anything. Ask them in written what they are demanding.
