★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a loan account here in SBI Bank main branch, Nagpur. The overall experience was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get your work done very smoothly. Even during closure of our loan account, the staff nicely elaborated the procedure and helpful with all documentation. A thumbs up to SBI Main Branch Nagpur!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the covid era.. this place was crowded but the SBI banks management doing a great job by following the best crowd management practices. The customer are made to stand in queues a meter apart. They do check the your temperature before entering the premises. Only a limited number of customers are allowed inside the bank. Great work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is always good but people who are working there are worst and rude to everyone including chief manager. They dont want to listen common people and rather resolving their issues/concerns they are always making trouble. Not happy at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied for home loan in july, it got disbursed in december and the worst part is my installments have not got deducted from my salary account. People here showcase that they are too busy but I do not understand the delay in their process. Worst experience ever. Employees are rude, they do not have basic manners to deal with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T E-lobby here is useful, there is one passbook printing machine 3 cash deposit mechines and 2 normal ATM machines. A lot of space is available for parking ,ample space for car Parking aslo. At walking distance from Nagpur Junction..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience. 1st of all, staff here doesn't work well at all, 2nd They don't offer loan to Needy, who are responsible for 50% of paying tax in India, 3rd They show cast related favors to customers, who belongs to their cast, still in 2022. 4th The person sitting for solving Credit card problem, named Jetender never help to customers..They are showing that SBI doesn't need to give loan, they are doing government job..
