★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Rooms seem to be little congested, but it's ok neat and clean rooms. Rooms are Air conditioned along with tv. Drinking water available in the ground floor. Geaser available in bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance and hospitality was so poor. Could be improved. Rooms were small. Location wise good because it was in the center of the city. Finding the place was bit difficult cause it was located in a small lane. No parking facility. You must park your car outside... on the road. Washrooms aren't maintained well. Finally not totally satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside a lane, the guest house is built in an old building. The rooms are small but we can find a lift/elevator inside. Hygiene is the concern area. I had stayed here on Oct 14 and the room I was given had very poor washroom. Taps were not functioning properly and WC was in pathetic condition. An old, dirty broken seat with flush not in working condition. A time when hygiene has become the first important thing, the guest house still disappoints. Coloured bedsheets are not meant for such places, it must be white only. new AC were installed in some of the rooms and the empty carton boxes were left unattended in the gallery itself, occupying the passage. Quite disappointing. Though AC and other electric fitting were working fine. Dustbin was provided outside each room and water dispenser was available at reception. Small parking can be used to park two cars inside (front and back) and may be a few two wheelers as well. Management must pay attention towards the concern pointed please.
