★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.... No Token Management system. They kept us waiting for long and in between broker/agents are going freely.
No contact number OR Customer care of branch.
The lady who was attending for home loan account type change took more than 30 mins to process one request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual like every SBI branch. These people get paid for not working efficiently. Forget efficiently they do not work at all. If you provide documents for part disbursement they will not process it, after lodging complent being irresponsive they just mark any document as missing on ticket. Whereas your document is there when you submit it.
I would suggest do not take any kind of loan from SBI. Other bank services are way better than SBI and now interest rates are also same.

Can't believe how irresponsible the staff here is.
Forgot about getting anything done by phoning or emailing. Even a visit to branch might not help you sometimes.
Taking and maintaining home loan from SBI is tougher than I thought.?

First time visitors : the entrance is from the side, front entrance appear to be closed all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic !! Staff behave like GOD, seems they are busiest person in whole world. Staff will not tell procedure clearly, there are 2 offices in same tower, Staff from 1st will ask you to go in 2nd office w/o listening query and vice-versa. Staff will always suggest you modification in form and will go out of desk. Security guard is arrogant, he will ask whether you took appointment and will ask you to go out w/o meeting anyone. They Never pick phone.
All in all, Staff are not query resolving, find mistakes in forms and staff will not tell full procedure and you will have to visit multiple times for small things. No lift in bank, 2 offices, to and fro in both office will frustrate you. Better to have Loan account in BOI or LIC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come here you will not get any parking on this premises. So be careful if you come here by your own car, you have to park it on road. you have to come here for loan requirements, because this is the only SBI branch which manages all types of loans in Chinchwad,( Pune).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single star is more than enough for there pathetic service and behavior, really disappointed to take loan from this branch, their loan executives(not everyone but especially i experienced very rude guy which i got to know after agreement) so rude and they don't have any manners. once your loan agreement done they don't even entertain you and they don't even respond your basic queries.
