★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady in loan Dept is lazy, arrogant, non-active, lack of soft skills. One day she said "Tumhare Kaam ke liye bethe he kya? mujhe dusre bhi bahut kaam he" rudely, totally unprofessional. Malik Sir (now transferred to other branch) was soft, had much patience and talk like a Private banker very softly. Go to Sanjay Sir (Manager) for your issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst branch I have ever seen. Useless staff they don’t want to work. They deduct amount from your account in the name of policy, with out your notice. Even requested for reversal and closing of account they didn’t closed it.
