★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Good branch with Supportive and cordial staff. Essentially, it serves to the Defence personnels, primarily from Palam and adjoining areas. Difficult for others to access as it's located inside the restricted area of Air Force Station Rock View Palam.
However, it was surprising to read one of the reviews in which a local guide had a rather different and bad experience. I have been holding account there for three years but, somehow I had some positive experiences. May be that could have been one of those nasty days.
Btw, let me caution the readers that this branch is primarily meant for IAF personnel staying within that Rockview Camp and other nearby Defence areas. So, other folks may also face some problem in going in, at the main gate.
Note: Bank remains closed on 2nd & 4th Saturdays and Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic approach towards customer. They are working as if after opening account I will draw money from their personal accounts. Manager is observing all this helplessly and he was too dependent on clerk as if was not knowing anything. Two persons came for opening of account including me. One lady was sorted out with in 2 minutes and I stood ground for one and half hour. For photocopies I was told get it myself eventhough machine was there only. I had to travel 2 km one way for photocopies. After completing all formalities I was told to come after 4 days for depositing money and then account will be opened. OMG. I took back papers and went to icici Sadar bazar . They opened account within 4 hours.

Maximum account holder belongs to Air Force campus premises in either Air Force Station-Palam or else in Air Force-Rock View residential area. The branch throughout the week open except Tuesday as weekly holiday and Monday as Half working day. There is a provision of SBI e-lobby is also exists aside to branch. For the security purposes may normal or common people customer may be restricted at campus gate to reach at branch
