★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been regularly visiting the bank and found that the staff is very cooperative under able management of Sh NL Bhandoria (Branch Manager). However, non availability of telephone services and ATM needs to be addressed on priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady Branch Manger (as on date) is irresponsible doesn't qualify for job. This was my home branch, I went for proof of fund certificate and statement for my visa application but manager refused to give, after request she did gave but for wrong date and wrong balance, and she charged twice from my Account one for work and another by mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has Automatic passbook updating machine which I like the most about this branch. Staff does the best they can with limited resources. There is waiting to get things done but branch is clean and has waiting seats .
