β β β β β It has sure changed a lot over the years. They've cut down on staff. Service has become slower. I went in to get my profile password reset. Took me more than 1 hour. I mean how hard it should be? Given that we are living in the age of internet and computers.
But they'll make you wait, run from desk to desk... Its hard to get work done.

Head office of the state bank of India is also located here near the branch. Good security arrangements made this place safe. but staff is very rude. Overall good branch.
