★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Relationship manager is of no use, absolutely. I talked to one Ms Shwetha, who was very professional, good listener and helpful. But for shwetha, I would have shifted from sbicaps. Thank you Shwetha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given negative star, please don't open sbi trading account, if you open you people will suffer,they debit amount for none of your mistakes and if you call customer care they really like hell,they don't even understand the problems and they make you frustrate by giving problem after problems if they solve one another will awaits you, Rather trading will spend more time with mailing and calling to customer care,be careful guys.
Unnecessary they debit amount like delayed payment.from 20/04/2021 till now settlement bill amount has not credited bank account even though they are debited amounts in the name of penalty for late payments!!! Actually they should give interest/penalty for not clearing bill amount in T+2Days instead they debiting my amount in the name of penalty which I never understood,if I call ask in customer care they read the ledger and telling me the same but if ask what is reason to debit they say concerned person following up they update soon if you ask to connect them they won't connect even in mail they don't respond properly.
