★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBR Keerthi is upcoming project on old madras road. I gave 3 stars for their construction quality and mixed development (including a mall outside the apartment gate) which i liked very much. Also their price is unbeatable. Also I liked their amenities plan which is being developed keeping in mind no. of users. It's not 1 swimming pool for 1000 flats which normally big builders will provide.
The promoter themselves keep a check of material being used for construction, so I am 100 percent sure of quality.
2 stars I deducted for their location, limited inventory and less UDS(25-26%). Location wise it is almost at the edge of city(1km before hoskote toll). Also noticed heavy vehicles plying too frequently outside main gate. There are other apartments as well nearby and another Mall opposite to SBR Keerthi, so it can be ignored if you are ready to travel some extra mile.
I met Ms Hansa and Mr Jai Baid during my visit to the project. These guys were very professional and I personally liked their attitude and salesman ship. They explained the project very well and offered price whatever best they can.
I think the property is really good and hence booked also, but later canceled due to some personal reasons. Also they had very limited inventory for 3 bhk at discounted price.
Would recommend to visit once and check yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBR Keerthi is a nice initiative by this group. Well planned and structured way of constructions as per audience choice. Great locality and community and this is definitely a recommended and suggested venture for a future point interns of good appreciation, land value and accessibility.
I got this venture through a friend reference that where my journey with this venture started. Sales team were amazing and quite explanatory.Though it is currently under construction, it is definitely a future venture at a longer go away.
I would recommend this for every one who ever wants to plan their future at a secured way of returns back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Changing from 1 star to 5 star, Meena from CRM team called me and I came to know it was fault of manager Mr. Sumit Karmakar that he never informed the CRM team about the cancellation and left the company. Meena was kind enough to expedite the refund and within 2 days I got my cheque. Collecting my cheque of 25000 today and no cancellation charges were levied. Positive experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had got a positive reference from one my friend, visited SBR Group's office. Reception of their sales team and executive team was truly appreciable. They took a very patient hearing for all our queries and responded with answers for all the doubts we had. After listening to their various projects, We liked "SBR Keerthi".
Its a very good project, visited the property and the location is very very good. SBR Keerthi project is having wide and convenient road approach and its maintaining its timeline. Apart from that, this project has all the major amenities which a apartment requires.
I would like to thank Abdul, Syed and Senthil... they helped in getting me all the documents i required and asked for. Very good team and they have kept everything transparent with regard to the SBR Keerthi project. We hope that everything goes well as per the plan :)
I would recommend SBR Keerthi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fortunate enough to get the apartment in SBR KEERTHI .wonderful staff and immediate help from them for all the silly questions asked by me ( i mean as normal middle class guy will obviously having fears to purchase one such property in Bengaluru) with smile on their faces and with patience. also not to forgot price is affordable for that area

We purchased a flat in SBR KEERTHI almost a year ago and their team has been MIA since the last 4-5 months - not picking calls/ not responsive to emails and a very very poor customer service. The interest and enthusiasm they showed in selling the flat is completely down the drain. I have been patiently calling the Fincity team and Meena but have had no response from the last month. It pains me to think that I ended up investing lakhs together in this project which looks like the biggest mistake of my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales Team interest and enthusiasm they showed in selling the flat is completely not following covid guidelines. They are offering to visiters cake,tea and coffee etc. Allowing every one without checking temparature and sanitation. People are struggling due to negligence by SBR team.
