★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The college itself seems to have employed the students, on what grounds they are giving the certificate, as the candidate lack skills, one(the institute) must see this. You are shaping the future but it has to be in right direction. Candidates should be pro at skills, its okay if you learn/possess less skills, but you should be pro at it. Please make students understand this.
