★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangalore Home appliances service center at Malleshpalya is a con agency who dupes customers.
We had complained for our Samsung washing machine and a technician named Bhaskar came to our home. He told my wife that the logic card and motor had problem and took the motherboard with him. He initially told us there would be no charges for visit or repairs if we chose not to repair the washing machine. He was unavailable on phone and could only be contacted with help of their call center. On phone he was rude and threatening us to pay money Rs 350/- to return the card. After absconding for 2 days and we threatening to launch a police complaint, we were able to get our mother board for the machine. Mr Anand was also supporting technician bhaskar to extract money from us. That too we had to pay 350 Rs in cash to Mr. Anand who did not give us any receipt. I would urge other customers to stay away from such cheats who have no value to customer satisfaction and are only greedy for money.
