★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company and worst management I have ever seen. I had five rounds of interview with them and no one told me the shift timings. I asked multiple times they only said we have flexible working hours. I joined this company on 27th April, 2022. After 2 days of joining they are saying that you will have to do partial night shift i.e. the timings will be 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST + 1 hour as they said flexible timings. I said first of all flexible timings doesn't mean night shift and secondly I wasn't prepared for this. This should be the first thing you would have communicated to me. They said we told you we have flexible timings and started blaming me you didn't understood or something suddenly changed that you are not ready to work in night shift now.
After all this I asked them give me 2 days time at least I will think about it. They were so rude and said what will change in two days. you don't have time return the laptop on Monday and they cancelled my offer of employment.
I trusted the company and left many other offers but they were so mean.
