★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Sr Smit geyser from this shop 11 months back and now its leaking and doesnt work. The Sr Smit people dont answer your calls so forget warranty. I was in touch with the shopkeeper but they only got me the phone numbers of the people who work for Sr Smit, and the Sr Smit people dont answer customer calls. I know its a local geyser, but i believe the seller has some responsibility of getting in touch with the company and help the customer to whom he sold the product stating it bears a warranty. I went to their shop about 3 times asking for help because the company representatives dont receive my calls now that they know I have a complaint about their product, but this doesnt bother them and lastly they showed an "I dont give a damn about your problem, we got your money already". They dont care about customers. What he told me is I would have sent my electrician but you live too far, though he knew i just lived 3 kms and even i if lived a little farther, i believe the customer service means he should have taken this small pain for the customer. Customer is at loss.
