It was marked wrongly in Jigani area. I edited it to the correct location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Sales & service from APC inverter ...& You may have to do follow up for service or installation, dont trust their words on delivery time it will not going to happen in time .They are not at all worry about customer satisfication once you have done with your payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree that the company products are great. But very very bad customer support/care. I ordered the BI850sine UPS two days before writing this review. During order enquiry they promised delivery and installation done on the same day. But neither delivery not installation they have done as per their promise. After delivering the product at my home, the executive told within 30 minutes you will receive call from our installation team. I did not receive any call from and even when call these people back they are not receiving my call. To confirm they are intentionally doing this or not, I called from other number and they attended the call. There after when I call from my number they are disconnecting my call. The product delivered at my home is still not installed. There is not even customer number available on the internet. As long as product is working good, ratings will be good only. But the real rating to be considered is when a problem occurs, how sensitive the company is really responds!! And in this case it's worst.
