★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 400 kva ups have static switch bypass problem but Schneider engineer coming and check on 17.12.19 , he said to me in ups fan problem but i can't understand , fan also in running. After no result and Today engineer not receive my call , problem not resolve, my ups tripped again and again Today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing company , you buy a product for Rs. 4 lakh and if it goes out of service in 3 years they will charge you Rs.40000 for the visit of their technician to assess the situation . God knows what they will charge for resolution of problem. I thought it better to get some other UPS and discard their product cause if I continue with that I may end up paying more than the cost of UPS in servicing in a year.

I will.never ever recommend anyone to buy online from them. I would like to give them 0 STARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a much hyped name in India, with pathetic distribution and high institutional sales network to builders etc. They even don't have enough retailers even in Mumbai forget about other locations. Their products do not carry model number instead carry internal codes which only thier team knows. So you cant ascertain which model to buy if you have to buy a replacement.
Badi mushkil se marketing and retail team pata lagane par bolte hain aap hi hame retailer bata do aapke paas usko hum retailer bana denge.....
Hence tried their ecommerce online shop which is even worse, ecommerce (which they call as) is shame to call them ecommerce, no cancel no return, no exchange 2months delivery time after so many followups on helpline (wait time goes upto 45 minutes to hear a human voice)
Any issue they give thier dealer numbers who hardly believes in customer care..... And this is all in Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Area adjoining Mumbai. Leave other areas apart they are all fraud people with pathetic product quality better go for indian brands
