Staff was very rude. They took advance for booking an appointment but never showed up. They didn't even refund the amount back and used abusive words when asked for it.

the place is small, but the barbers are great. the place is busy on weekends. but you get your spot. the place offers online payment and accepts all cards, that is a great thing

Didn't know how to tend to customers. Repeatedly cancelled 2 appointments of mine. I took a coupon via nearbuy. On being asked about the owner of the place he said the owner doesn't entertain customers. He asked me to leave without giving back any refund. And said it was my problem and non of his concern.
There was no female staff as well. Extremely dissatisfied with this place. Would never recommend it to anyone Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was extremely rude. We called before coming. He cancelled for 2 continuous days. On being asked when can we avail the services he started shouting and clearly denied that we should go and he will not entertain us. He even refused to give us any refund and was adamant of not sharing the owner's number. We have been travelling for 2 days and wasting our time, getting nothing in return but ill treatment. This place has horrible customer engagement and I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "I hardly ever have to wait for my appointment, I show up at the time I schedule and you are ready. A quality haircut with a friendly guy who likes to laugh and chit chat. Keep it up, I pass your name to whomever I can. Cool old style cuts, great conversation and no waiting. When it's your appointment time, the chair is open! Very pleased and well worth the little extra. The neck shave with the straight razor is a great perk! You must try at least once to understand how different a haircut can be."

I went for basic face cleaning which was charged for 1200 bucks including gst.
Go for try once.
