I recommend try some other pet shop in Mulund East
Do not buy from here, your pockets will be torn and you will be treated like an animal.

Search for other pet shops in East, this shop will rip you off.
For example : I asked for a leash, on the packaging the MRP was torn off and behind the price was written 330/350 something. The MRP of the leash at other shops was 220. Charging way more than the original price and the owner tells me it's the discounted price lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried replacing the meow brand dry food with whiskas brand dry food as my kittens didn't like the taste of the meow dry food. But the owner was very arrogant. It was the same price product so she should have replaced it. The products are over priced as well. The owner will talk to you very decently when you visit the shop first but after that she will be very arrogant. Won't visit even if it's the last shop for my pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store seems good at first but the current two guys at the counter are clearly disinterested in selling products. The more you ask them questions they make faces and no clear etiquettes of smiling atleast and are in half sleep. Don't visit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner aunty is so helpful person I've ever met.. we're the group of students who feed strays and we always purchase food from here and aunty donated treats and food from her side as well .. and she gives us discount also. Moreover she feeds the cats near her shop. We're always thankful to her ??
