★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacated flat an year back, but owner has not yet returned deposit money. Earlier the aggrement was with nestaway. Rent was too high for a corner 1bhk flat, and during lockdown also no proper power backup was provided. We keep calling owner for deposit but no luck. Everytym we call he says when new tenant will come then only he will pay deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacated flat in 2020, still owner has not yet returned deposit money. Earlier the aggreement was with Nestaway. Later owner took the incharge and I have paid each month rent properly on time. Now owner is saying I haven't paid rent for 2 months and not sure he also mentioned some waiting charges I have to pay I am still not aware what it is? Also, mentioned if I need amount immediately, I should go and ask Nestaway, where they are saying they have settled amount to owner. Not at all recommend, very worst behaviour of owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small rooms but high price (24000 for 700 sq ft). No power back up. Current frequently goes off. Security sleeps at night. In the middle of the month owner terminated his contract with Nestaway and asked me to pay directly to him. But my contract was with Nestaway and they specifically told me to pay to them. So when I paid rent to Nestaway as per my contract, he threatened to cut off my water and electricity due to which I was forced to pay to the owner directly. Now after vacating, Nestaway has only returned 28000 from 1 lakh security deposit for not paying them promptly. And owner is not taking any responsibility for this. I have lost so much money. Overall, do not reside here.
