★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place twice. Once for marriage registration certificate and again for certificate of surviving members. Both times I was really disappointed as I had done my registration online and had to visit this place only for document verification. The verification took years literally to get done. There is no systematic approach being followed. I really have no idea what takes them so much of time to issue the certificate even when the registration has been done online.
Also there is no parking facility for four wheelers and two wheelers. The nearest available parking is at gagan cinema and a parking spot 100 metres away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very very very very worth Govt office in north east Delhi... The staff of this place are very bad... They don't know how to talk with junior and senior citizens... They talk very rudely to everyone and Many people are take advantage of their power.... Really very bad place for Govt works.... ??

Lazy inefficient ignorant & corrupt officers there is no online grievances redressal too worst they never listen to us
