★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place maintained well, who say public places aren't should definitely visit this. Good place to organise a function and good on pocket. Has nice collection of books in library along with reading room. Even has yoga for ladies, all in all a really productive place under efficient management.

1. care taker thinks he is the owner of this place he will park his car in front of the gate always.
2. DJ nahi bajega hall ki light se aap apna generator le ke aao- want money to allow the DJ.
3. AC of care takers room is always on (24X7) :) but you are not allowed to connect DJ.
Positive:
1. Neat and clean area.
2. enough parking space.
3. restricted entry. you can close the main door and enjoy your family functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice location which is clean and calm and we'll maintained. It has a big hall and some rooms in the ground floor and a new panchkarma center on first floor.
Panchkarma center is newly inaugurated and loved by many.
Only the problem that I have seen is the parking of the cars. The road near to it is conjusted and parking is a real problem.
