★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a flask, fishes, plant and sand from this shop. The flask was of the worst quality and it broke the moment I filled it with water. I let them know about the flask and returned the remaining item to them for which they haven't refunded me anything. The man JASON who runs this shop is a juggler. He started abusing and picked a bamboo in the shop to beat me. Pathetic and uncultured people running the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop. All accessories i needed was available here for my two feet aquarium along with the type of food i wanted. Persian cats, love birds, rabbits and the labrador puppy i saw here were really very cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them is nothing less than a nightmare. Seafins is run by cheats. It's been more than 4 months and my order is not complete yet and they are in no mood to return my money despite several requests. Thing is, I don't need my money anymore. I feel like a beggar asking every time for my own money . I had asked them to make a planted aquarium which they did but look at their expertise :D, none of the plants has grown a bit. They took money for CO2 tank and fishes but never delivered. Substrate, Gravel and filter are so sub standard that you could tell. They delayed the project for a filter by giving umpteen silly excuses about the unavailability and later delivering it, which I checked in Amazon is available for 500. Gosh I feel so cheated. Lady talks way too sweetly before taking money and now she says "Do whatever you want".My tank looks pathetic and they are least bothered about it. They are not even ashamed of the services they provide. I really pity them. Don't buy anything from them. They neither pick my calls nor respond to any messages. Nice way to loot people. Cheers.

All healthy & happy now. Perfect hostel for my birds when I go on holidays. Good discounts, honest advises, their knowledge about pets is plus. Recommended!
