★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review posted by Mr Pranay Rao is absolutely false. His matter was fully settled. After that he filed a bogus complaint and that was rejected/ dismissed. I am not aware of any Civil Case against me filed by Mr Pranay Rao. His lawyer's letter was replied by my lawyer. My fellow flat-owners and brokers, please be aware of such fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented room 61, sea pebbles till January. The owner Sanjeev Grover has yet to return 5 lakhs deposit more than a month after leaving. We have accordingly filed a case against him.
We left Behind brand new furniture and appliances as we were shifting out of India. He promised that our deposit money will be given by 18th Jan. No money has been returned.
The crook that he is. He is now making my old parents suffer. We have filed civil and criminal cases against him. Beware of renting the house
Update: the next tenant is facing similar issues. Her deposit hasn’t been returned yet.
