★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly under construction project of 4 towers G+11 floors. Very nice location to live as environment is very good. Built quality and plan is perfectly good. Reasonable rates and completed by Dec 2020. Garden , clubhouse, gymshim etc facility available.

Project in this area are really good but there are some very serious issue on should consider before buying a house here
1st and most important / the water situation here is really bad everyone uses boring water only no supply from municipal and midc and even if supply from midc is given they put meter and charge u for that / and i have met some guys who told water bill comes really high even when u r using less water and also only some buildings are having midc line but no use / but as every buidling in this area is using boring water a day will come when it will run out and this will be the worst day for people living here / so before investing here or buying for personal use just look for this water issue dont go on builder word as they turn their back on people after selling
i heard from some people that gavwale living near are not letting amc water line to get connected to this area so this will be huge problem as they are not educated and they will in future also will not let supply to go through their area and even if they put pipe these people will definetely cut the line which will make this working class people living in building life hell thinks thrice before going there to stay
