★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a recliner in July from them. The polyphil has gone down in a week itself. I told them I need more filling in the lower back area so Mr. Sudhir, the Kirti Nagar branch manager, promised to send someone in a day or two to refill it to fit my comfort. It is August 21st and no one has arrived after multiple reminders and requests.
The seat is also not stable at the maximum reclined position, it moves awkwardly with my slight movement.
I request to please attend to my querry.
