★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad after sale service. We bought their chimney and it stopped working after few months. We raised a complain, their technician came and asked for money. When got in touch with their customer service team, they offered different amount. We made bank transfer to them for 2 weeks now however no one has come to fix the issue. We are trying to reach their technician, he doesn't pick up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service by company ever seen they just know to ship product but after that there is no service by brand.
Its over 20 days since I purchased the product but brand is not able to install it.
If they are taking so much time for installation I am not sure how will be the treatment for repair or warranty claim. Be careful before purchasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company. Don’t ever by chimney from these fake persons.
I bought chimney from them and it stopped working after 1 year. I called and mailed several times to them. Today 4 months has gone but still they have not repaired my chimney.
Today they gave me technicians number and they asked me call him directly.
So i called and he said he has not received any repair request and can not come until company says him to come. Also he said they have stopped his 2-3 months salary.
I think i should now file a case against them.

I had bought their chimney via Amazon less than a year ago. The fibre glass on the top bursted like a bomb. Since then have sent 10 emails to their customer care and tried calling their customer care a 100 times. No response.
PLEASE DONOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

I had a pathetic experience with Seavy. I bought new Chimney 5 months back. After using 5 months (not even hardly 20 times) it stopped working and even not switching on. I sent 25+ mails and 10+ calls, no response till now (22.Jul.2021). I am keep sending mails and calls since one month, no response from their end. It is under warranty.
I STRONGLY ADVISING "DO NOT EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SEAVY" FROM ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
Products are really not up to the mark and will give you lot many troubles.
