You can also see flamingo point, which is around 1km from this place.

Shame on all the residents who lives there.. I am sure the amenities are perfect, sea view is perfect.. But sadly no soul is present.. Disgraceful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Very very good and luxurious flat system it is. I was fascinated by the services provided here. The view is what impressed me a lot here. Even in this city of Mumbai, how come so fresh air and natural scenes be in the view of our eye. The nearby surrounding is very pleasing and gives a natural relaxation to the stresses eyes. Looking at the landscape, I would love to visit here again.

But very old buildings...
Flat needed renovation from inside. Very old constructions and wiring.
Dog is major problem in society.
