★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Municipal Council of Panchkula is very bad at maintaining the properties that it owns. Community Centre has ample space but is not maintained well. Toilets are not properly cleaned because MC never gives any cleaning material to their staff. No Harpic, no brush it seems. The plaster in the walls is wearing off. Condition of kitchen is below average. Some of the sockets are not functional.
Location and space are the only positive factors of this community centre.
MC can easily charge more if they maintain the property in a better way. Their Babu's should compare the condition of community centre with Sood Bhawan, Aggarwal Bhawan etc and focus on improving it's condition.
Roof in the toilet is leaking too.
