Also opened the system in front or me at their service corner and problems were showed and on spot solution was provided.
Software Upgradations were done right.
Happy with the service and the place too as it was clean and professional.

No hidden charges and provided what was shared on WhatsApp before coming to home. Received bill for keyboard replacement. I felt Better service than service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience after service. I got my scree replaced for lenovo yoga laptop.
But they handled laptop so badly that now hinges are not working properly. Since hinges are so loose now, Laptop screen keeps on falling down and closes, which makes it difficult to use. When i raise a concern , they said hinges nned to be replaced and scree may agin got damage, wglhich will be my risk.
Also first they quoted 16k for screen and then raise to 24k just befor installation.
They Engineer behaviour is also too rude , like he is paying me for taking his service.
Please dont go to this place to avoid service quality & after service issues.
